Privacy policy - personal data management

You can consult the site without revealing your identity or any other personal information about yourself.

Concerning the information of a personal nature that you would be led to communicate to us and in accordance with the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD) of May 25, 2018, you benefit from:

  • A right of access and rectification;
  • A right to erase data ("right to be forgotten"), a right to limit processing and a right to object to processing in the cases provided for by the regulations in force;
  • The right to define directives concerning the fate of one's personal data after death ;
  • A right to portability of raw data supplied to the Publisher;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority (notably the CNIL in France).

These rights may be exercised by post to ActionCrew's registered office. These rights must be exercised in accordance with the conditions laid down by the regulations in force.

In particular, a copy of the applicant's identity document will be requested in order to prove his or her identity to the company, and to prevent any unauthorized access to the Personal Data concerned.

The collection of the information requested from you is necessary in order to be able to process your requests: message processing, commercial relations, online order processing, newsletter subscriptions, etc. This information is not communicated to third parties under any circumstances.

Only the company's personnel or those of the agencies assisting us in managing these operations have access to the data. These agencies are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the information and to use it only for the specific operation for which they are required. We take every precaution to preserve data integrity and confidentiality, and to prevent any communication to unauthorized third parties.
